SHIPPING POLICY

We'd be happy to ship your costumes to you! If you need your costumes shipped, please contact us at costumestx@norcostco.com. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. 

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We are happy to hold a costume for you with no deposit until your need by date for up to a month*!  Unfortunately we are unable to except refunds or returns once the costume rental has been completed.
